Receivers
Call receivers are the staff-side device in an assistance call system: they pick up the signal when a button is pressed and show which point the call came from. The value of the whole system depends on this link — if a button is installed but nobody has defined who hears it and when, the call simply goes unanswered. A receiver delivers the call to a specific member of staff and holds the zone number, so the queue of requests is not lost.
These devices suit public buildings, shopping centres, hospitals and clinics, banks and service offices, hotels and restaurants, museums and libraries. A wrist pager watch travels with the member of staff, which is the most practical option for an attendant moving around the floor. A fixed digital LED display is designed for a duty post or reception desk: the number is readable from a distance, and several simultaneous calls are shown in turn. The audible signal is always paired with visual indication.
- Wrist pager watch — for staff moving around the floor
- Digital LED receiver display — for a duty post or reception desk
- Host unit — monitoring several zones from one point
- Models combining audible and visual notification
When choosing, account for the number of buttons and the zone map, radio range inside the building and its obstacles (concrete walls and lift shafts cut the range), whether staff move around or stay at a post, and backup power. Where the signal is weak, a repeater is added — solutions are selected taking accessibility norm requirements into account. We will draw up the zone layout and assemble the set — request a free consultation.
