Description
Directional sign — Accessible route for the disabled — a pictogram of a black figure in a wheelchair on a green square background (green-black variant). Marks the presence of a route, door, lift or room adapted for the disabled (people with reduced mobility).
Placement: the start of a ramp, next to an accessible lift, on the door of an adapted toilet, at the start of an accessible route.
Note: a blue-background variant also exists (mainly as an information sign). The green variant is used to mark an evacuation route for the disabled.
Requirements of SP 59.13330.2020 (adaptation for people with reduced mobility) and GOST R 52131.
Set: ordered together with a ramp, a grab bar, accessible toilet accessories.
About information signs
Information and navigation signs make wayfinding in a building easy: the location of the entrance, exit, service points, restrooms and lifts becomes clear at a glance. Contrasting colours and large pictograms also help partially sighted people, and the sizes and mounting height comply with O'z DSt. The durable material does not fade and the surface is easy to clean. The signs attach quickly to a wall or door with double-sided tape — no special tools needed. We will select a set for your site with a free consultation.
Why Qulay Makon?
We are a team specialising in accessible environment solutions: the catalogue covers everything from tactile tiles and signs to ramps, handrails and call systems, so a whole site can be adapted with a single supplier. Products are in stock, and orders arrive within a few days. Every client gets a free consultation: by phone or with a site visit, we advise exactly which element should be installed where according to the current standards. Government organisations can purchase officially through the xarid.uz exchange, with all documents provided.
For whom
Buildings adapted for people with reduced mobility — hospitals, government institutions, shopping centres, hotels; those responsible for fire safety and the evacuation plan for people with reduced mobility.
Usage instructions
1. Determine the sign location according to the building's fire safety plan
2. Fix at a visible height (directional — 1.8–2.2 m, tactile — 1.3–1.6 m)
3. Choose the material variant for the environment (evacuation route — photoluminescent)
4. For the adhesive version the surface must be clean and dry; for the screw version use a dowel for the wall type

Frequently asked questions
What sizes is the sign produced in?
Standard sizes are available and custom sizes are produced on request. The greater the viewing distance, the larger the sign and its lettering must be — this is the main condition for readability. Before ordering, a Qulay Makon specialist recommends the right size and mounting position free of charge.
Are text and Braille included?
Yes. Signs are produced with raised text and Braille so that people with visual impairments can read the information by touch. Text is available in Uzbek, Russian or English, and several languages can be placed on one plate on request. Contrasting colours are selected according to the requirements.
Where is the sign installed?
Next to room doors, at corridor turns, in front of lifts and along evacuation routes. The usual height is 120-160 cm from the floor — within arm's reach and at eye level. A sign beside a door should not be placed on the side the door opens towards. Installation can be included in the price.
What standards does the product comply with?
It is manufactured in line with the current construction norms and state standards for adapting the environment for people with disabilities. This matters when a site is handed over and inspected, because accessibility work has to be documented. Qulay Makon supplies every product with technical documentation and, where required, data confirming compliance.
How can I place an order and pay?
You can submit a request directly on the site, call us by phone or write on Telegram. An operator will confirm the details, check availability and prepare a calculation. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer or online. For companies, a contract, invoice and the full set of documents are prepared.
Are there terms for large orders?
Yes. For fully equipping a school, hospital, shopping centre or other facility, a separate commercial offer is prepared and the price is revised according to volume. In such projects the measurement, delivery and installation are planned in stages. The document package required for tenders and public procurement is also provided.
