Description

Safety sign — Break the glass (E50) — a white pictogram on a green square background: a fist/hand, breaking glass and a hammer. Placed by an emergency exit that is locked but can be opened by breaking the glass.

Placement: next to a fire exit, by a locked but emergency-openable door. Standard 150×150 or 200×200 mm.

Note: the special hammer in the set is ordered separately. Requirements of EN ISO 7010 (E50) and GOST R 12.4.026-2015.

Usage instructions

1. Determine the sign location according to the building's fire safety plan
2. Fix at a visible height (directional — 1.8–2.2 m, tactile — 1.3–1.6 m)
3. Choose the material variant for the environment (evacuation route — photoluminescent)
4. For the adhesive version the surface must be clean and dry; for the screw version use a dowel for the wall type
