Technical inspection and audit
We assess site accessibility and the condition of installed equipment, record measurements and photographs, and prepare recommendations for improvements.
Assessing the site as it is today
Technical inspection and audit help identify access barriers, assess how easily a building can be used and review the condition of installed equipment. The service supports accessibility improvements, maintenance planning and checks of completed work.
What we inspect
The agreed scope may include parking and approach routes, ramps, stairs, handrails, doors, internal circulation and sanitary facilities. We review the positioning, fixings and condition of tactile signs, wayfinding, call buttons and other installed equipment.
Process and deliverables
- Agree the site type, objectives and areas to be inspected.
- Carry out an on-site inspection, measurements and photographic recording.
- List defects and barriers that affect use of the site.
- Provide prioritised recommendations for adaptation, repair or equipment replacement.
The client receives a report containing observations, measurements, photographs and practical recommendations. Scope, price and timing are agreed according to the site area and inspection objectives.
