Description
The complaint and suggestion box (wall-mounted set) is a modern solution that provides organisations with open, transparent communication with citizens and clients. The set consists of two stainless steel boxes mounted on a blue acrylic (plexiglass) backing panel and is attached to the wall with decorative holders (standoff fasteners).
The left box is the "COMPLAINT BOX" (lockable): it is locked with a key and opened only by the responsible employee, so submissions are kept confidential and secure. There is a slot at the top for dropping in a letter. The right box is "FOR SUGGESTIONS" (an open pocket): ready forms or suggestions are placed here, and a QR code is printed so a client can also submit a request online by scanning it.
All inscriptions are given in three languages: Uzbek, Russian and English ("Complaint box / Suggestion box") — making the set convenient for government institutions, hospitals and international clients. The boxes are made of stainless steel, so they are hygienic, durable and rust-free; the blue acrylic background gives a clean, modern look.
